Order and Delivery

Artwork

We can print most logos unless they are extremely detailed - email your artwork to us and we can advise on the best method of reproduction. There is no extra cost per letter, and no limit in length to your design - you can have one logo repeated along the length of the lanyard, or one design spanning the whole length

Colours

We can match absolutely any colour you have, for the material or the print. Please note the industry standard for pantone matching dyed material is +/- 10%, and colours can often not be reproduced on a computer screen. Dyeing a custom colour adds 7 days on to lead time (so 2-3 weeks). We stock a wide range of unprinted lanyards, both bootlace and ribbon (see below for colours). We may also have small quantities of other colours, please contact us if the colour you require is not there.

Ordering

Once you have agreed your design/details with your lanyard advisor, simply email or fax your order to us, and we will get production underway. For custom lanyards, we will supply you with a picture of the finished lanyard (time permitting if you have a rush order) to approve before producing the full amount. Please pay particular attention to this stage - check that the text/colours/clips/safety breaks (if applicable) are all correct, as we cannot rectify after production.

If you are happy with the sample picture, please send us an email to approve, and we will go to mass production.

Delivery and Turnaround

If we have your lanyard in stock (eg a plain unprinted or a stock printed lanyard), we can often deliver the next day - contact us to check available colours and stock levels.

For customised lanyards, the lead time is normally 1-3 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, we can turn an order of printed lanyards round in 6-7 days, please contact up to check. We do not charge extra for this service. The colour selection is limited to stock colours.

Payment

After confirming you order, you will receive an invoice. Payment before delivery is required for first time orders - for subsequent orders, 30 days credit from date of ordering may be extended (subject to credit check).

We can accept payment by credit card, cheque or BACS, whichever is most convenient for you.

To make it easier for us to process and deliver your order quickly, please let us know if there is a specific person/address that your invoice should be sent to.
